The rules and conditions governing your use of the Naseej OS platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent, "Customer") and Naseej OS ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Naseej OS platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Naseej OS is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for real estate agencies in Qatar and the Gulf region. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Each account is associated with a single organisation (tenant), and all data within that account is isolated from other organisations.
Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@naseejos.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
User Roles
Account administrators may create additional user accounts with defined roles (manager, agent, viewer). You are responsible for ensuring that all users in your organisation comply with these Terms.
Subscription Plans
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Current plan details and pricing are available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your access will be limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
Late Payment
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your account until payment is made. Data will be retained for 30 days following suspension before permanent deletion.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Qatar and your jurisdiction. You must not:
We reserve the right to investigate violations and terminate accounts that breach these rules, without notice or refund.
Your data belongs to you. All property listings, leads, contacts, media files, and other business data you submit to the platform remain your property at all times. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features, or by contacting us. Upon termination of your account, you may request a full data export within 30 days before we delete your data from our systems.
The Naseej OS platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (e.g., property descriptions). AI-generated content produced by the Service using your input is provided for your use; however, we make no guarantees regarding its originality or fitness for any particular purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours and to provide advance notice where possible.
We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, data unavailability, or service interruptions.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including PropertyFinder, QatarLiving, OLX, Saakin, Telegram, OpenAI, respond.io, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, availability, or practices of any third-party service. If a third-party integration becomes unavailable or changes its API, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or replace the integration, but cannot guarantee continuity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naseej OS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naseej OS and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees after a grace period, or if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active account holders by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
